iOS needs a ton of documentation to release and you can only do it through the official app store. I don't think there are any porn game in iOS for this reason.

Not yet. But Rose Quartz herself won't be implemented the way you are likely saying so. There will be A Rose, but not THE Rose, if that makes sense.

It is not different! I wouldn't recommend doing a second play-through if you just finished the game.
The only difference is is dialogue.
